Refund Policy

The printable planner is a one-time $19 purchase. If it is not what you needed, you can ask for your money back within 14 days.

Effective October 18, 2026

What you bought

The Caregiver Planner printable planner costs $19 USD, charged once. It is not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Buying it unlocks the printable planner for your account. There is no renewal date and nothing expires on a timer. Two separate things end that access:

  • A full refund — described below. Your account and planner carry on as normal; only the printable access ends.
  • Deleting your account — which removes the planner as well. Signing up again with the same email address will not restore either.

The 14-day window

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

After 14 days we are not able to offer a refund as a matter of course, though nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

How to request a refund

Email support@caregiverplans.com and say that you would like a refund. There is no form and no automated process — a person reads these.

Including this makes it quicker:

  • The email address your planner is saved to.
  • Roughly when you bought it.

Please do not send card numbers or bank details. We never need them — the refund goes back through the same payment we already have a record of.

How the refund is paid

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.

How long it takes to appear on your statement is determined by Stripe and your bank or card issuer, so we are not able to promise a date. If it has not arrived and you think something has gone wrong, write to us and we will look into it.

What a refund changes

Once a full refund is issued, premium printable access ends. Anything you have already downloaded or printed is yours to keep — we are not able to recall paper, and would not try.

A refund does not delete your planner. Your notes, contacts, schedule and everything else stay exactly as they are, and you can carry on using Caregiver Planner without the printable planner. Deleting your planner is a separate choice, made in Settings.

Fair use

This policy assumes good faith, and almost everybody acts in it. We may decline a request where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated cycles of buying and refunding the same product, or refund requests tied to attempts to misuse the service.

Where applicable consumer protection law gives you a right that is stronger than this policy, that law applies and this section does not limit it.

Records we keep

We keep a limited record of the transaction: the amount, the currency, what was bought, when, its status, and the identifiers our payment processor uses to match it. We keep it to account for payments received and to handle refunds, chargebacks, tax and other legal obligations — which can arise after an account is closed.

Stripe keeps its own record of the payment under its own policies. You can read more about what we hold and why in our Privacy Policy.
