Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Bull Integrated Services Inc. for using Caregiver Planner. Plain language, and shorter than most.

Effective October 18, 2026

Who we are

Caregiver Planner is operated and sold by Bull Integrated Services Inc. (Massachusetts, United States). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Bull Integrated Services Inc., and “you” means the person using the service.

You can reach us at support@caregiverplans.com. By using Caregiver Planner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Caregiver Planner is offered only in the United States, and we do not currently make it available elsewhere.

What Caregiver Planner is

Caregiver Planner helps you organize care you are already giving or arranging. It holds the things that otherwise live on scattered notes — a routine, contacts, a schedule, what happened today, what a stand-in needs to know, what care has cost — and turns them into something you can read and print.

Caregiver Planner is an organization and coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or clinical decision support, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Always follow the guidance of the care team responsible for the person you are caring for.

To be explicit, Caregiver Planner is not:

  • A medical provider, clinic or healthcare practice.
  • A clinical decision-support system. Nothing in it is designed to inform a medical judgement, and it must not be relied on for one.
  • An emergency-monitoring or emergency-response service. Nobody is watching your planner. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911 or your local emergency number.
  • A caregiver employment, supervision, vetting or credentialing service. We do not employ, supervise, vet or credential caregivers, and we are not a care agency. People you record in your planner have no relationship with us.

What you write stays yours

You own the information you put into Caregiver Planner. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to us.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your information, show it back to you, and assemble it into the files you ask for, such as the printable planner or a data export. That permission exists so the product can work, it lasts only while you keep the information with us, and it covers nothing else. In particular, we do not use your caregiving information for advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

You can download everything in your planner at any time, and you can delete it. Both are in Settings. What we hold and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Using it responsibly

Your planner is reached through a link sent to your email address. There is no password, so keeping that mailbox secure is what keeps your planner private. Anyone who can read your email can open your planner.

Please do not:

  • Record information about someone else in a way you are not entitled to. If you are keeping details about the person you care for, you should have the standing to do so.
  • Attempt to reach another person’s planner, or to probe, scan or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service unlawfully, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
  • Resell the service or redistribute the printable planner as your own product. Printing and sharing copies for the care of the person you look after is exactly what it is for.

The printable planner

The printable planner is an optional one-time purchase of $19 USD. It is not a subscription: nothing recurs, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

We do not offer it as lifetime access, and you should not read it that way. Two things end it: a full refund, or deleting your account. Beyond that we may stop offering the printable planner in future, and if we withdraw it from accounts that have paid for it, we will say so in advance and treat you fairly about it.

Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your planner yourself, in Settings, without asking us. It removes the person you cared for, their routine, your contacts, schedule, notes, handovers and expenses, and it removes your sign-in record.

Deletion cannot be undone. Export a copy first if you want to keep one, because we will not be able to recover it for you afterwards.

If you bought the printable planner, deleting your account ends that access, and signing up again with the same email address will not restore it. We keep a limited record of the payment itself — what it was, how much, when, and the identifiers our payment processor uses to match it — because refunds, chargebacks, accounting and tax obligations can arise after an account is closed.

Availability

We work to keep Caregiver Planner running and your information intact, but we cannot promise it will always be available or never lose data. Maintenance, outages at the services we depend on, and faults all happen.

Because of that, Caregiver Planner should not be the only place critical information exists. If something matters urgently — a medication schedule, an emergency contact — keep a copy somewhere you can reach without us. The printable planner and the data export both exist for this reason.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those that applicable law requires and does not allow us to exclude.

Limits on liability

To the extent applicable law allows, Bull Integrated Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Caregiver Planner, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your own unlawful use of the service or from information you had no right to record.

Changes, and ending

You can stop using Caregiver Planner at any time, and delete your planner whenever you want. We may suspend or end an account that is being used unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the service or other people. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your information.

The service will change — features will be added, and some may be removed. We may also update these terms. When a change is significant we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Caregiver Planner after that means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, you can stop using it and delete your planner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the state where you live, and it does not require you to give up your right to go to court.
